Accelerometer production
Accelerometer production
After accumulating over 23 years of field experience in oil, gas, and coal fields, the LHT series accelerometers have been launched, specifically designed for inclinometer applications, with an annual production capacity of over 2,000 units. These accelerometers adopt a single torque feedback design, utilize vacuum brazing technology for internal assembly, and employ thick-film technology for device interconnection. The entire assembly process is carried out under nitrogen protection. They are suitable for both static and dynamic acceleration measurement, and the output range can be adjusted by using different output load resistors.
The LHT series accelerometers are designed for operation at high temperatures up to 175°C, aiming to meet the requirements of downhole applications in extreme thermal environments. Leveraging the company's core technical expertise, these accelerometers offer an extended operating temperature range of 175°C, providing stable and reliable long-term performance even under stringent high-temperature conditions.
As high-performance servo-balanced quartz accelerometers, they are specifically engineered to withstand the harsh conditions of various downhole operations, including directional drilling, MWD/LWD, and downhole wireline logging. Their field-proven rugged design further ensures the stability and reliability of the equipment across the full 175°C operating temperature range.
