The department is the core engine of the company's innovation, focusing on research and development in the field of measurement-while-drilling (MWD) and control technologies. Members of the department have an average of over 10 years of industry R&D experience. They are primarily responsible for technical breakthroughs, product development, and solution design. By continuously launching new products and technologies that meet market demands, the department drives the improvement of the company's technological competitiveness and ensures its sustainable development.
The Comprehensive Department is the core support division for the company's operations. It offers specialized onboarding training to help new employees quickly integrate into the company, providing clear explanations of the company's business, background, development plans, corporate policies, and procedures. In its day-to-day work, the department promptly addresses employees' questions regarding the company's management systems. At critical junctures of key tasks, it also collaborates closely with the Finance Department to tackle challenges and ensure the smooth progress of all administrative affairs within the company.
The Finance Department is the guardian of the company's financial lifelines and operations. It is responsible for comprehensive financial management, including fund operation management, day-to-day financial management and analysis, tax and financial planning, capital operations, and project cost accounting and control. Finance professionals possess a comprehensive understanding of accounting and financial theories and are well-versed in national financial regulations. They play a crucial role in the company's business decision-making, budget formulation, expense review and control, financial statement reporting and analysis, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the company's financial management level and effective control of costs and expenses.
The Supply Chain Management Department is responsible for the company's material procurement, supply, and inventory management. It ensures the stable supply of raw materials and components, thereby guaranteeing the continuity of production. By establishing good cooperative relationships with suppliers, optimizing procurement processes, and managing inventory effectively, the department reduces procurement costs and enhances supply chain efficiency, providing a solid material support for the company's production and operations.
Shangqiu Ruikong Instrument Co., Ltd, located in Shangqiu, Henan Province, is a wholly-owned subsidiary and manufacturing center of LiuHe WeiYe. The company covers an area of 25,000 square meters. It employs over 100 highly skilled machining personnel, including more than 30 employees with over 20 years of machining experience. The team has extensive production experience, covering a wide range of processes such as CNC turning, milling, gantry machining centers, deep-hole drilling, boring, laser cladding, shot peening, and automated production lines. The company specializes in the professional machining and manufacturing of products like drilling inclination measuring instruments and drill collar products. It strictly adheres to API quality standards and production processes, achieving full-process, one-stop completion from raw material processing to electronic assembly and final assembly.
The Quality and Safety Department prioritizes product quality and workplace safety above all else. It establishes and enforces a rigorous quality control system and safety management regulations. The department conducts comprehensive quality inspections on raw materials, the production process, and finished products to promptly identify and address quality issues. At the same time, it strengthens safety management to prevent accidents, ensuring the safety of employees' lives and the company's assets, and safeguarding the company's reputation for product quality.
Driven by sales, the Oilfield Instrument Business Division is led by the Sales Manager to build a customer network and align with market demands. It collaborates with the R&D team to optimize product features and works with the production department to ensure delivery quality. This creates a dynamic linkage mechanism of “market demand — product iteration — delivery service.”
The Technical Support Department provides comprehensive technical services to customers, including product installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, and after-sales consultation. When customers encounter issues while using the company’s products, technical support personnel can respond quickly. Leveraging their professional knowledge and extensive experience, they promptly resolve problems to ensure the normal operation of the customer’s equipment. By offering reliable technical support, the department enhances customer satisfaction.
