On August 13, 2025, the person in charge of the Engineering Department of a hydrogeological engineering company led a team of four people to make a special trip to our Shangqiu factory to participate in the special training on 'LIUHE Inclinometer Rolling Test and QC Function'. This training focused on the measurement deviation problems encountered by customers in practical applications. Through the combination of systematic explanations and practical operations, it effectively improved customers' abilities in instrument use and data processing,further demonstrates LIUHE's service philosophy of 'relying on technology and centering on customers' , and laying a solid foundation for deepening cooperation.
Previously, during the downhole re-survey Drilling Operation, the customer found that the azimuth angle of the same measuring point had a deviation of 2–3 degrees. Although the well deviation data was generally normal, the customer still expressed great concern about the measurement accuracy of the instrument. After receiving the feedback, LIUHE immediately organized the technical support and R&D teams to carry out multiple rounds of investigation. Through a comprehensive analysis from multiple perspectives such as instrument structure, Bottom Hole Assembly, and formation characteristics, it was initially determined that the deviation was caused by complex magnetic field interference downhole, and it was suggested to verify and optimize through QC and rolling tests.
To completely resolve the customer's doubts, LIUHE took the initiative to propose a special training session. Initially, the customer preferred an online format, Our company proceeds from the actual training effect, sincerely invited them to the factory for face-to-face, hands-on practical teaching. The customer finally adopted the suggestion and sent a technical team led by the head of the engineering department to participate in the on-site training.
During the training, engineers from LIUHE's R&D and technical support departments systematically explained and demonstrated key contents such as the principle of QC, standard procedures for rolling tests, operation of DEES software, and functions of the online platform. The customer's team listened carefully, actively practiced, and gradually mastered the methods of independently identifying error sources and verifying instrument accuracy through one-on-one guidance and interactive Q&A, realizing that the previous deviation mainly came from the special downhole working environment.
This event not only effectively solved the customers' technical confusion, but also re-established their confidence in LIUHE's products and services through professional, transparent and responsible communication. The customers clearly stated that the QC and rolling tests have provided reliable management tools for on-site construction, and they will incorporate relevant methods into the standard operating procedures in the future to continuously improve data quality and project management levels.
